Thanks for getting in touch. The situation at present is difficult, but with support from an adviser some people do achieve their awards so it is worth persisting. Please do let us know how you get on. 

Anyone who finds themselves in this situation should seek advice. If you are a trade union member, your union can help you with the enforcement process. If not, the Citizens Advice Bureau are a good first point of call.

Citizens Advice provide a postcode search facility to enable you to find  your closest bureau:

		<description>i have just won my employment tribunal case against ex employer for £16,715 and i have to find him,
i have been lucky i have been given an address
and my case is against a sole trader.
I doubt if i will get my money but will try and will keep on trying for no matter how long it takes.</description>
