Cuts Watch #259: Staff at the National Association of Voluntary and Community Action

27 Sep 2010, by in Cuts Watch

The National Association of Voluntary and Community Action (Navca) could cut up to 18 jobs over the next six months following funding losses of around 50 per cent. Just over a week after sending its suggestions to the Government for how the  deficit reduction programme could be managed ‘in a fair and responsible way’, the organisation has found that it is to lose around half of its staff as a result of cuts.
