Our local authority (South Lanarkshire) has just announced that it will no longer be able to afford ‘private finance’ to rebuild schools. These schools will not now be rebuilt and must have a knock on effect on private companies who do this work. Sadly it will also mean less apprenticeships for our young people. Proof that the Tory/Lib Dems. cuts have far more wide reaching effects than the Public Sector.
