Cuts Watch #305: UK Border Agency

The Guardian are reporting that while giving evidence to the Home Affairs Select Committee the CEO of the UK Border Agency has stated that the organisation is facing budget cuts of 20 per cent, and that around 5,000 more (1,700 have already lost their jobs) of its 24,000 remaining staff will be made redundant over future years.
