VIDEO: IDS’ slow motion con trick

12 Mar 2011, by in Society & Welfare

Here’s a short video, in which we attempt to show why we think that Iain Duncan Smith’s promises that nobody will lose out in the switchover to Universal Credit are really a bit of a con.

If you can see through his claims (and it isn’t really all that hard), please help us to call him on them by adding your name to the latest action at goingtowork.org.uk.

I can’t play this video, getting a message ” there’s no mobile version of this video”. I’m just trying to watch it on a laptop, so I guess I’m not the only one who’s haveing problems.

Sorry about that Jim – Seems to be something odd going on with Vimeo at the moment, which might be affecting some people. It’s also up at Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-PpBPFsY2s (it’s just at a lower video quality than the Vimeo one)
