It was Mrs Thatcher who gave many average wage earners the opportunity to buy their own homes, 13 years of Blair and Brown just about destroyed this country.

Oh yeah ? I grew up on a safe, well-built council estate with good amenties… then Thatcher sold it off. Now my kid can’t afford anywhere to live and there’s no council houses. I don’t call that progress
